All purchases are subject to a 10% buyer fee to a max of $750 per item. Online bidding through CLIX will be offered on all catalogued items. All items are the buyers responsibility at the fall of the hammer. All announcements made from the auction stand take precedence.
Pre-Bid is available on select lots beginning September 18th at 8:00PM and closes on September 25th at 12:00PM. Items will then be offered – with respect to the pre bids – for live bidding during the Shane Rodeback sale.
Pre-Bids cannot be removed. You can edit of modify your Pre-Bid amount anytime before the Pre-Bid ends.
Once the live portion of the auction has started and the Lot is open for live bidding (online & in person), the max bid will competitively bid in your name until there are no competitors still bidding against you OR until the dollar value submitted as the max bid is reached.
Other competitive bids may affect the acceptance of your bid by the auctioneer. The auctioneer’s decision is final.
Only the top Pre-Bids will be taken to the Live portion of the auction. You may join the live auction to watch the pre-bid item sell, you will be able to continue bidding on the CLIX online platform once your indicated max bid amount is surpassed.
All Pre-Bids will use a pre-defined increment grid. You will also be allowed to define the number of units you wish to bid on, but only for those lots selling in multiple units.
Placing a Pre-Bid does not guarantee that you are the successful bidder at that price.
