Hi, my name is Garrett Lippa and this year I am showing my Charolais cross steer named Bubbles. I have worked hard taking care of him and getting him ready for the achievement day and sale in Taber. 4-H has helped me learn responsibility, patience, and how to care for animals. My projects this year include – heifer, 2-year-old cow/calf pair, market steer, carcass steer and foods.
When I’m not doing 4-H stuff, I like playing baseball and basketball, and riding my dirt bike.
Hi, my name is Gracie Balog and I am a member of the Milk River 4-H Multi Club. This is my 5th year in 4-H and I really enjoy it. I have a market steer, heifer, and cow/calf pair. This year I am looking to cash in on the Hereford Advantage with my steer named Diesel. When I am not working with my animals, I enjoy volleyball and camping. Hope to see you at the Show & Sale.
This is my 4th year of 4-H, but my 2nd year of doing Beef, and I have been having a lot of fun with it! He likes to be combed, lead, and blown off. Me and my family think that he will be an even better-looking steer by sale day! He got soooo big soooo fast! I think he will weigh 1,600lbs at sale day.
Hello! I’m Harper Goldsmith and this is my 1st year as a Junior member of the Milk River 4-H Multi Club. I was a Cleaver member for 2 years. I am looking forward to showing and selling my market lamb “Bill” at the Taber District 4-H Show & Sale.
My name is Hudson van Haarst and this my first year in 4-H. My project sheep's name is Mutton because I know, she will be delicious! I love animals, hiking, and target shooting. I have really enjoyed participating in volunteer activities in the community this year and look forward to learning new skills, making more friends, and being involved in the Grassy Lake 4-H club next year.
My name is Justin Heger and this is my 4 th year in 4H . My market hog is a Berkshire Duroc cross. He is a solid built pig , guaranteed to get you the best pork chops out there ! A big thank you to Perlich Auctions for buying my market hog last year !
Hey! I’m Kynsley Farries, from the Milk River 4-H Club. I have been a member in 4-H for 8 years, and have learned so much throughout my years. Including public speaking skills, building my own opinions, respect, as well as confidence.
This year in the Market Beef Project, my steer’s name is Norman, and he is a Simmental Angus x. He is very gentle, and he has been so much fun to work with this past year. I look forward to seeing you at the show and sale!
